We specialize in crafted home décor goods, from serving boards, hardwood cutting boards, charcuterie boards and more. We use laser engraving technology to personalize all our products. Need branding for your business or sporting teams? We have you covered there too! Leather patch hats? Yep, we do those! Personalized tumblers? Absolutely! Keychains? Dog leash holders? Rustic American Flag? Custom Doormats? You bet! If you can dream it, we can make it! 

 

Like so many, our company was born during the midst of a pandemic where lives, livelihoods, and consumer buying were turned upside down. Looking for something to do to fill his time. Donnie (co-owner and the brains behind product designs, woodworking & social media) came home with a couple of 2x4s and a sheet of plywood to build a dog bed frame. What started as a hobby quickly turned into a passion for Donnie. Soon after, we purchased our first laser engraver. Blair (co-owner and the brains behind the laser, marketing and website design) took to the laser right away and fell in love with branding immediately. A lot has changed since 2020. Our products have evolved, several tools have been purchased, and we added our very own little woodworker to the crew. DJ, our son, was a heart’s desire since before we were married. He is our living proof that when you want something bad enough, when you put in the blood, sweat and tears, beautiful things can be born. In 2023, both Blair & Donnie stepped away from traditional 9-5s and began running Southern Laurel full-time.

 

Southern Laurel is a product of that very same desire. It’s about wanting more for ourselves – more time with family, more financial freedom, more connections with consumers and industry professionals. We are blessed with the talents from our Heavenly Father and are excited to share our creativity in your homes & businesses!
